Hertfordshire Local Resilience Forum

The Hertfordshire Local Resilience Forum covers Hertfordshire. The gov.uk list places it in the East of England and gives no further detail of the area; forum areas follow police areas.

The forum's secretariat sits with Hertfordshire County Council at County Hall in Hertford.

The forum publishes a community risk register, which the gov.uk list links as a PDF of about 190KB on the county council's website. A community risk register is the forum's published list of the risks it has identified for its area, the risks its emergency plans are written against.

The forum's pages sit on the county council's website under its fire and rescue service, with the title "Are you ready for anything". That is where residents find local advice on preparing for emergencies in Hertfordshire. Local resilience forums are explained on the who does what page.
