Kent Local Resilience Forum

The Kent Local Resilience Forum covers Kent. The gov.uk list places it in the South East and gives no further detail of the area; forum areas follow police areas.

The forum's secretariat is the Kent Resilience Team, which sits with Kent Fire and Rescue Service at its headquarters at Tovil, Maidstone.

The forum publishes a community risk register on its website, kentprepared.org.uk. A community risk register is the forum's published list of the risks it has identified for its area, the risks its emergency plans are written against.

The same website is where residents find local advice on preparing for emergencies in Kent. The details on this page come from the gov.uk list of local resilience forum contact details, which the Cabinet Office last updated on 11 February 2026. Local resilience forums are explained on the who does what page.
