Sussex Local Resilience Forum

The Sussex Local Resilience Forum covers Sussex. The gov.uk list places it in the South East and gives no further detail of the area; forum areas follow police areas.

The forum's secretariat sits with Sussex Police at its headquarters at Malling, Lewes.

The forum publishes a community risk register. A community risk register is the forum's published list of the risks it has identified for its area, the risks its emergency plans are written against. The gov.uk list gives the same address on the Sussex Police website for the forum's pages and for the register.

Those pages are where residents find local advice on preparing for emergencies in Sussex. The details on this page come from the gov.uk list of local resilience forum contact details, which the Cabinet Office last updated on 11 February 2026. Local resilience forums are explained on the who does what page.
